We want you to feel comfortable with us all the time

Our friendly team at the reception desk will take care of any questions and requests. Here you will get a fishing permit, the Kärnten Card, postcards and stamps, towels and coins for our washers and dryers. The rental of bicycles and mini golf equipment is also organized by reception.


In addition, we will be happy to keep your valuables safe for you in our safe. Furthermore, a luggage service and the organization of your transfer to the train station, airport or bus station is part of our service. And you can keep in touch with the interesting and important news with our free daily newspaper or via the public Internet terminal. Free parking space for your car or bicycles is also provided. Do you want to take your pet with you into vacation? Dogs are always welcome with us and enjoy the beautiful nature and the special beach section for dogs at the lake. Other special facilities are our village shop, where you can purchase newspapers, souvenirs, drinks, food, and more daily, as well as our kiosk, which is situated at the entrance to the beach and available for you in July and August. In addition to ice cream and drinks, you also can get rackets and balls for mini-golf and table tennis here. The facilities also include our library where you can borrow various books and children's books.

A family has special needs on vacations. We have created an amazing children's area for your kids to follow their play instincts and for you to relax. There is laughter, play, romping and some handicraft here for the whole season.


Things remain to be exciting for the little ones with changing animation and entertainment programs all the time. We also provide for our very youngest guests. With our free baby package, consisting of crib, bathtub and bottle warmer, even the youngest children are well taken care off.

There are always new things to discover in our forty-three hectares of park. All over the area, there are various sports opportunities ranging from tennis to table tennis to bowling. In addition to childcare, our entertainers have developed a program for the whole family. Morning gymnastics, Nordic walking, hiking and much more is awaiting you. The lake is perfect for a dip in the cool waters and plenty of water fun, such as swimming, surfing and fishing.
