heart of West Cork A recipient of 3 environmental awards and recommended by ANWB, ACSI, ADAC, Camping Wijzer and Guide de Routard, this park boasts a full range of modern facilities and is a tranquil sanctuary, ensuring a memorable and relaxing stay.
The Meadow is situated just 1 mile / 2km from the scenic coastal village of Glandore. A popular port of call for boating enthusiasts, visitors can enjoy exquisite scenery while sampling the culinary delights and warm welcome of the village’s pubs and restaurants.This unique site offers visitors the opportunity to relax on the nearby sandy beaches and enjoy walks on the scenic winding
country roads. The Drombeg Stone Circle, a spectacular and famous example of Irish history, is just a short walk from the site. For the adventurous, guests can indulge in the sport of angling and take a boat trip where whale watching is a must.
The meadow is just 20 minute drive from the bustling towns of Clonakilty and Skibbereen and just a 5 minute drive from the
charming fishing port of Union Hall, where fresh local catches can be sampled in delightful local pubs.
Regrettably we are unable to accommodate commercial vehicles. For safety reasons we do not allow football or permit the use of bicycles , skateboards and scooters in the park. We ask all visitors to observe the courtesy of a quiet and peaceful ambience after 10.30pm.
